On May 18, we were visited by the students of the Mechanical Manufacturing course of the Salesian College of Atocha thanks to the Family Businesses in Classrooms program promoted by ADEFAM.
The aim of this programme is to encourage entrepreneurship among students and to convey to them the values of family businesses. To this end, the programme includes talks by family entrepreneurs to students at the school and subsequent visits by students to companies, activities that are aimed at strengthening the contents of the academic curriculum related to the company.
From Hersill, we have shared our experience as a business family and the values that guide us with the students of the Middle Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and the Higher Degree in Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing. During this visit, the students from #Madrid got to know on the ground what is done in the company and how it is done.
